I found several very old images by Jo-Anne Park, including some C64 versions, which also led me to her full name. She was already very active on the C64 and you can see the progression when she went on to the Amiga.
The version of the image that I found was scaled badly. This is what I was able to recreate, but I'm sure the original file had a higher resolution. I'll keep on looking for the original version.
