Single image month again

This appears to be a direct copy of the package illustration from Rana Rama, a game where you play as a frog and run through dungeons, similar to the game Rogue.

The Amiga version is a manual recreation using the illustration as a reference, whereas the Atari ST version appears to be a direct scan, judging from the dithering that was applied to it.

This image actually only appears on the AtarST version of the game. For reasons unknown it is missing from the Amiga version.
