The color palette seemed weird on this image, so I played around with it and discovered a couple of hidden elements.
Swapping the first two colors improves the image already quite a bit and it's possible that somebody swapped them.
Several colors were set to the same beige color of the characters and changing them revealed two hearts in the characters and a cigarette tip, giving the image additional meaning.
